We got spotlessly clean and cosy guest room with beautiful view as an upgrade, nice gesture. The location was excellent and particularly good, almost in the town centre with easy access to a local market and local markets. Explored Bispham Parish Church, that is located at a moderate distance from the hotel.

The location just a short walk from the beach was EXCELLENT. There were a market and a shopping street around the hotel. We had double room with a safe, a mini-bar, and an iron. It was overlooking sea.

Came here for 15 nights with my colleagues, everything was perfect. The breakfast was always wonderful, liked it. The venue was in a very central location really close to town beach, the markets, the coast and the promenade and the shopping streets. This hotel met what was needed, I recommend to all.

It was a great value and quirky hotel, nothing too much trouble, recommend. Very central location so close to the shopping streets and the shoreline and shops, it was in a busy area. There was a garden restaurant nearby. The staff was helpful and wonderfully friendly and the owner too.

The hotel of choice in Kusadasi. Clean place with garden views and hospitable staff. A balcony and WiFi available in the guest room. Extremely comfy beds, enjoyable and delicious selection for breakfast. Very comfortable building, magnificent location right by the markets as well as Tram line. Again, not far from a shopping mall.
